Welcome to LaunchFactoryAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at launchfactoryai.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by LaunchFactoryAI LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, with its principal place of business in Chandler, Arizona ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

1.1 Available Plans

LaunchFactoryAI offers the following monthly subscription plans:

Starter — $19.99 per month
Growth — $49.99 per month
Enterprise — $99.99 per month

A $0.99 trial may be available for select plans. The trial grants limited initial access so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a full subscription.

1.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. Your payment method on file will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable plan rate.

1.3 Content Drip Schedule

Important: LaunchFactoryAI delivers content on a phased, monthly drip schedule. Not all content is available immediately upon subscribing. New phases and materials unlock each month as your subscription continues. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this delivery model.

1.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting info@launchfactoryai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to content already unlocked through the end of that period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.

1.5 Annual Plans & Buy Now, Pay Later

Annual subscription plans may be available at a discounted rate. Annual plans may be purchased using Buy Now, Pay Later ("BNPL") services such as Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay. BNPL purchases are subject to the terms and approval of the respective BNPL provider. Failure to make BNPL payments does not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms, and your access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

2. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

You agree to contact LaunchFactoryAI before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Please email info@launchfactoryai.com with your concern, and we will respond within two (2) business days.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate your account and revoke access to all content;
Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback;
Report the incident to applicable fraud-prevention databases.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand the subscription model, the monthly content drip schedule, and the auto-renewal terms described in Section 1, and that charges are not unauthorized simply because content has not yet been fully delivered under the drip schedule.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

3.1 Nature of Content

All materials provided through the Service — including but not limited to business plans, legal document templates, business formation guides, credit building guides, marketing strategies, and financial projections — are generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence ("AI-Generated Content").

3.2 Not Professional Advice

AI-Generated Content does NOT constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional counsel. LaunchFactoryAI is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisory firm, or licensed professional services provider.

You should consult with a licensed attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or other qualified professional before relying on, filing, or acting upon any AI-Generated Content, particularly before filing documents with any government agency.

3.3 Formation Document Templates

Documents such as Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, bylaws, and similar formation materials are templates only. Requirements vary by state and jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of any formation documents with your state's Secretary of State office or equivalent authority before filing.

3.4 Credit Building Content

Credit building recommendations, strategies, and guides provided through the Service are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific credit score improvement, loan approval, or financial outcome. Results vary based on individual circumstances.

3.5 No Liability for AI Content

LaunchFactoryAI shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from the use of AI-Generated Content. You use all content at your own risk.

4. Launch Hub & Execution Hub Access

4.1 Phase-Gated Content

The Launch Hub (also referred to as the Execution Hub) delivers content in sequential phases. New phases unlock monthly with a continued active subscription. The phases and access levels are:

Starter Plan: Access to Formation and Business Credit Builder phases only.
Growth Plan: Access to all phases, unlocking one new phase per month with continued subscription.
Enterprise Plan: Immediate access to all phases and content upon subscription.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation on Access

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to any phases you have not yet reached in the drip schedule. Content that was available to you during your active subscription period and that you have already downloaded or saved locally remains yours to keep. However, you will no longer be able to access the platform or generate new content after your subscription ends.

4.3 Resubscription

If you resubscribe after cancellation, your phase progression may reset depending on the plan selected and the duration of the lapse. We reserve the right to modify phase progression rules at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to the following:

One account per person. Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit trial pricing, promotions, or content access is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
No reselling. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any AI-Generated Content or materials obtained through the Service to third parties.
No automated access. You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to access, extract, or download content from the Service.
Lawful use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

LaunchFactoryAI, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.
LaunchFactoryAI's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to LaunchFactoryAI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Refund Policy

The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the billing period but will not receive a prorated refund.
Billing issues: If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@launchfactoryai.com within seven (7) days of the charge. Include your name, email address, and a description of the issue.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of LaunchFactoryAI.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and branding associated with LaunchFactoryAI are the property of LaunchFactoryAI LLC. The Service's design, code, and proprietary AI systems are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content created for your use through the Service is licensed to you for personal and internal business use only, subject to the restrictions in Section 5.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 10 shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
